Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility near Cleveland, Ohio. The role offers access to outdoor recreation, shopping, and regional transit.
Responsibilities
- Implement functional interventions to support patient recovery and independence
- Document progress and outcomes in EHR systems (e.g., NetHealth or PCC)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Ohio OT license
- BLS certification (possibly required)
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health records
Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation
- Strong communication and time management skills
