Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring an Occupational Therapist. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the team at Fargo Elim Health Care Center temporarily. Position Type: Full-Time PRN - 35 - 40 Hours a week from November 2026 - January 2027 Wage Range: $50 / hour Location: 3534 University Drive S, Fargo, ND, 58104 Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct evaluations to understand patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs affecting daily activitiesDevelop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and work-related functionsProvide Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordinationEducate & Support Patients & Families: Provide patient and caregiver education such as but not limited to: coping strategies, home modifications, and techniques to improve quality of life and independenceMonitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify treatment approaches as neededCollaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, physical therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Occupational Therapist Qualifications: Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degreeMust possess a current Accredited ND Occupational Therapy (OTR) LicenseMust possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term careMust be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required About Pro Rehab: Our philosophy reflects the belief that each individual is a unique and important person.
