Occupational Therapist Technician (OT Tech) | Greenville, TX

About the role

At Oaklin Lane, the OT Tech role is crucial to the smooth operation of therapy sessions. You will help prepare therapy spaces and equipment, support therapists during sessions, sanitize and organize equipment, manage patient flow, and assist with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions
• Support therapists during sessions, managing equipment and ensuring safety
• Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day
• Help with patient flow, including guiding families to and from treatment areas
• Flag when supplies need to be restocked
• Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic's culture
• Pitch in on administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children (a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Interested in pediatric healthcare, OT, kinesiology, or a related field
• Great with kids, or excited to be
