Occupational Therapist Team Lead

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team functions, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering strong relationships to aid recovery and celebrate patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational management of therapy services
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Guide and mentor therapy staff
• Build rewarding patient relationships and support their goals

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications
