Occupational Therapist Team Lead

About the role

Lead and oversee the occupational therapy team, assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with daily activities such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct, compassionate patient care, tailoring treatments to individual needs and celebrating recovery milestones. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless procedures and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapy team operations and support staff development
• Deliver personalized patient care aligned with recovery goals
• Build meaningful patient relationships and monitor progress
• Assist with team scheduling, training, and communication
• Ensure adherence to procedures and best practices
• Contribute to a supportive, technology-enabled environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Preferred: professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility
