Occupational Therapist PRN, As Needed

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient and family occupational therapy needs for all age groups: neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1–12 years), adolescent (12–18), adult (18–65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years).
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments.
• Evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment based on clinical findings.
• Address educational needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development in all patient interactions.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• State Occupational Therapist license (required).
• One year of occupational therapy experience (desired).
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (desired).
