Occupational Therapist PRN, As needed

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family occupational therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments.
• Evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings.
• Address educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor Degree; Occupational Therapist (State) license.
• Desired: One year in occupational therapy; Master Degree.
