Occupational Therapist - Per-Diem, Variable Shift

Role Overview Plans and conducts therapy programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams. Responsibilities Include Performing evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify areas needing attention.Developing individualized treatment plans and establishing discharge protocols.Providing therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and protocols.Maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines.Supervising assigned therapy assistants and performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensed in the state of practice.CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.Preferred: Two years of occupational therapy experience.
