Occupational Therapist - Per-Diem, Variable Shift

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team, responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques.
• Provide therapy interventions and establish care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants and perform additional related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• Licensure in the practice state.
• CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred: two years of occupational therapy experience.
• Vaccination and participation in E-Verify required.
