Occupational Therapist - Per-Diem, Variable Shift

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
• Serve as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and ensure thorough documentation.
• Supervise assigned assistants and perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• Valid state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Preferred candidates have at least two years of occupational therapy experience.
