Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional tests.
- Provide care in diverse home situations, ensuring equitable service regardless of patient background.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
Skills
- Preferred: CPR certification.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
