Responsibilities

• Assess patients using objective techniques to determine functional needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and support recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Incorporate organizational goals and standards into clinical practice.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Preferred experience in acute care settings and clinical internships.
