Occupational Therapist, Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide personalized, in-home rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and monitor progress within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient needs
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy in patients’ homes or care facilities
• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress
• Practice independently in the community

Requirements

• Minimum one-year occupational therapy experience or successful probation as a Rehab Intern
• Valid New York State occupational therapy license
• Valid driver’s license (required outside Manhattan)
