Occupational Therapist - Part Time

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will provide patient-centered care in home settings, focusing on functional status, activities of daily living, and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional status and occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians.
• Perform home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
• Observe and report patient responses and changes in condition.
• Provide services within the legal scope of occupational therapy practice using evidence-based techniques.

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patients regardless of background.
