Occupational Therapist - Part Time

About the role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home environments, and adaptive equipment needs in a home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy within legal scope, following the plan of care and using evidence-based techniques in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient function, document CMS requirements, and coordinate with physicians on therapy plans.
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Conduct assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests to determine functional ability.
• Perform patient visits and non-visit activities, with pay adjusted based on productivity and performance.

Requirements

• Current OT licensure in the practice state.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
