Occupational Therapist - Part-time

About the role

You will have the opportunity to connect with and positively impact the lives of our patients daily. You will promote patients' physical, personal, and emotional well-being and work with the Plymouth Physical Therapy Solutions teams to strive to reach the goal, returning the patient to their maximum level of self-care and independence when possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy and hand therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, and developmental disabilities.
• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest research and clinical practices in occupational therapy and hand therapy.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in orthopedic and/or hand therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$60,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule
