Occupational Therapist - Part-Time

Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled services in an acute care setting. Responsibilities Include Establishing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and making appropriate referrals.Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring competency and effective communication.Completing accurate documentation per departmental policies.Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred.Valid Occupational Therapist license required.No prior experience necessary; supervision experience not required. Skills And Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and patient education.Ability to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.Competency in delegation and documentation.
