Role Overview This position is for a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering therapy, considering discharge needs, and selecting appropriate equipment. The role involves educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members, making referrals as needed, and delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students. Accurate documentation and assessments are essential.
