Occupational Therapist-Part-Time

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas, with Part-Time positions available.
Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists are creative in their approach, incorporating a variety of activities to address functional goals through an evidence-based method that delivers durable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs
- Assessment and intervention for visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs
- Identification of adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure (required)
- Professional certification or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities with families, professionals, and co-workers
