Occupational Therapist - part-time - 1st shift - Mon-Fr
Position Summary
Provides comprehensive assessment of skill levels and daily functioning of Residential and/or Community clients. Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment plans and programming for Residential and/or Community clients. Supports Residential and/or Community clients in the attainment of skills identified as goals to enable the client to move on to less restrictive levels of care in the community.

Compensation
Compensation Range: The annual salary range for this position starts at $35,250. Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time off package to provide a well-rounded and competitive approach to the applicant’s overall compensation.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Connecticut
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for mental health and substance use disorders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
