Occupational Therapist (PART-TIME)

About the role

Milestones Therapy is seeking PART-TIME Occupational Therapists to join our team. Additional services and programs are under development and we are looking for passionate and dedicated therapists who want to help their patients reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Stay updated on best practices and new research in occupational therapy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current North Dakota license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High interest in specialty areas such as Feeding, AAC, Social Programming, Literacy, Reflex Integration, and Therasuit Method
• Passionate about helping patients achieve their goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
