Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
- CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
- CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program
PREFERRED:
