What You Will Do You will provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment for PACE participants, focusing on ADL training, fall prevention, home safety assessments, cognitive maintenance, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver education. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a community-based model that prioritizes holistic, person-centered care.
