About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OTR to join their Williamsburg, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility. The position offers flexible scheduling options including occasional hours and consistent weekly hours (10-15 hours per week) at a premium hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician
• Use a variety of occupational therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential
• Aid in improving residents' quality of life across all aspects of their life

Requirements

• Occupational Therapy license in state of employment
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Proficiency in using assistive devices and technology
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Pay

Premium Rate Offered for Consistent Weekly Hours (10-15 hours per week)
