About the role

Enhance user experience through innovative design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product features and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of web accessibility guidelines and best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for front-end development.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and other client-side technologies.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Understanding of UX/UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Materialize.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
