About the role
Enhance user experience through innovative design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product features and user flows.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of web accessibility guidelines and best practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for front-end development.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and other client-side technologies.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Understanding of UX/UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Materialize.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
