About the role

Join our collaborative, patient-centered team at Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab –Crestwood Clinic, where innovation, compassion, and clinical excellence come together. This full-time position focuses on evaluating and treating patients with lymphedema and related conditions, including post-surgical and oncology populations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive lymphedema evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver complete decongestive therapy (CDT), including manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, and patient education
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on long-term lymphedema management and prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Degree from a CAOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Maryland OT license (or eligibility)
  • Lymphedema certification with at least 1+ years of experience
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
