Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload including upper extremity rehabilitation, hand therapy, neurological conditions, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations.
• Design creative, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Fabricate custom splints when needed.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
• Provide dedicated one‑on‑one time with each patient.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current or eligible New York State OT license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.
• Hand therapy experience a plus but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Pay

All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type. Rate ranges include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors.
