About the role
Cypress Ridge is a four-star, Medicare-certified short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Monterey, California. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic in-house rehabilitation team.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval
- Provide occupational therapy services according to physician orders
- Assist the nursing department by training Restorative Aides
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice regulations
Qualifications
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license
