Occupational Therapist (OTR)

About the role

At Reedy River Post Acute, we offer competitive pay starting at $40-$45/hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists. The position is available Monday-Friday on a day shift schedule in Greenville, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore function, and maximize independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings
• Conduct staff education and in-service training

Requirements

• Occupational Therapy degree (Bachelor's required; Master's/Doctorate preferred)
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina
• Maintain license in good standing with the State Board
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
