Occupational Therapist (OT) - Weekend Part-Time

Join Volare Health as a Weekend Occupational Therapist, supporting three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a real impact through evaluations and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing
• Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
