Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat residents who need occupational therapy services
• Develop and carry out treatment plans through direct treatment and education of care staff
• Evaluate and document the results of therapy
• Complete discharge planning to help residents transition safely

Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in good standing
