Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Assessing and setting goals based on patient needs
• Reassessing and modifying care plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans
• Using resources efficiently and safely
• Performing duties with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Active state license as an occupational therapist
• CPR/BLS certification
• At least 6 months of recent OT experience
