Occupational Therapist (OT) - Rehabilitation Center

About the role

Provide specialized occupational therapy within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize progressive treatment modalities
• Support patient recovery across various diseases and impairments
• Work in a supportive rehab environment with in-house therapy and local management support

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Valid state license for SNF practice
• Prior rehab SNF experience (preferred)

• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Adapt treatments to patient needs
• Respond effectively to patient needs
