Occupational Therapist / OT - Rehab

Location: Farmington, Illinois • Duration: 13 weeks • Start date: August 24, 2026 • Shift: 35 hrs/week

About the role

Create, communicate, and implement each patient’s individualized care plan. Use therapeutic equipment and exercises to support patient progress. Maintain and update medical records and provide reports as needed.

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited occupational-therapy program
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,895 (includes $1,195 weekly stipend).
