About the role
Create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan, utilizing equipment and exercises to support the patient’s progress. Consistently update medical records and provide reports when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Use therapeutic equipment and exercises to advance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
- Prepare and submit required patient reports
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited occupational-therapy program
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
Skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication (active listening, writing, speaking, reading comprehension)
- Fast, adaptive problem-solving
Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,393
Schedule
Five 8-hour day shifts per week
