Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN / Per Diem

Role Overview

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on improving daily living skills and functional independence
Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure effective care delivery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active OT license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
