About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate will have either prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and growing in this field.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, including planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Be flexible to adapt to various settings within the PAM Health System, which includes over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11,000 people.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required.
