Responsibilities

  • Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans under supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistant.
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
  • Contribute to the interdisciplinary team by helping patients achieve critical outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Able to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • While preferred, not always required: experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation.

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Rehab Team at Beaumont Whitney Place at Northborough. This position offers an opportunity to impact the lives of the older adult population within a supportive and employee-owned environment.

Schedule

As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will be required to work flexible hours and may need to work weekends.

Pay

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
