Our Rehab Team at The Parkvue Community in Sandusky, OH (Erie County, OH) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to impact the lives of the older adult population. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence September 1, 2026.

Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, including supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience
