About the role

Join a stable team of dedicated therapists and physicians providing intensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from recent medical changes or managing chronic illnesses. You’ll work with a variety of diagnoses, including neurological and orthopedic conditions, while being supported by fellow therapists. PAM Health operates over 80 hospital locations nationwide, employing more than 11,000 people, and utilizes the latest rehabilitative techniques and technology to deliver high outcomes in a compassionate care environment. CEU reimbursement is offered for eligible PRN employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients in an age-appropriate manner, following occupational therapy principles within the PAM Health System.
• Contribute to the further development of occupational therapy services.
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of the system across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
