Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support the performance of daily activities and promote functional independence.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care in alignment with organizational expectations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Current state license to practice occupational therapy.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using rehabilitation software and equipment.

Pay
Hourly range: $55.00 per hour
Schedule
Acute Care Rehabilitation Services Med/Surg, Days, Minimum of 2 shifts month, Minimum of 1 weekend and holiday shift per year
