We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. PAM Health serves chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care, operates over 80 hospital locations nationwide, employs more than 11,000 people, and is committed to delivering the highest level of compassionate care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs in an age‑appropriate manner for individual patients, following the principles and practices of occupational therapy within the PAM Health System.
• Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services.
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of the system across various facilities.

Requirements

• Current occupational therapy license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current BLS certification.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn.
