Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN

About the role

Provide home-based occupational therapy to patients with debilitating conditions, helping them improve daily living skills and motor functions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve daily living skills and motor functions through therapeutic treatments.
• Develop tailored plans to enhance independence and compensate for functional losses.
• Deliver quality occupational therapy services in patients' homes, support functional improvements, and promote independence.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program and licensed as an OT in the practice state.
• Preferred minimum of one year of experience; less may be considered with approval.
• Experience in Medicare home health is a plus.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
