Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN

Position: Occupational Therapist in an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities Include Conducting resident screenings to determine appropriate interventions.Evaluating residents to develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals.Communicating evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families, and team members.Establishing therapy schedules in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.Performing therapy sessions according to treatment plans, ensuring proper documentation and billing.Overseeing COTA activities, ensuring clinical excellence, documentation accuracy, and reimbursement compliance.Performing additional duties necessary for effective patient care. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy.Active Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state(s).Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development. Skills & Requirements Strong assessment and evaluation skills.Excellent communication abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Leadership skills to oversee COTA activities.
