Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the practicing state
- Preferred minimum of one-year experience, with flexibility based on prior experience and approval
- Medicare home health experience is a plus
