Occupational Therapist (OT) | Pediatrics

About the Role

Coordinate and deliver patient-centered occupational therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate patients across all age groups from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Provide direct therapy using various strategies and functional settings.
• Plan therapy aligned with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Establish rapport and collaborate with team members and patients' families.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and departmental program development.

Requirements

• Current license as an occupational therapist in the practice state.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
