About the Role
Coordinate and deliver patient-centered occupational therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate patients across all age groups from infants to geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment programs based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Provide direct therapy using various strategies and functional settings.
- Plan therapy aligned with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Establish rapport and collaborate with team members and patients' families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and departmental program development.
Requirements
- Current license as an occupational therapist in the practice state.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
