What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and goalsDevelop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily livingDeliver therapeutic interventions that enhance motor skills, cognition, and adaptive abilitiesDocument patient progress with accuracy and clarityPartner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive careEducate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safetyMaintain compliance with regulatory and safety standardsTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent Occupational Therapy licenseCPR certificationStrong interpersonal communication and documentation skillsFamiliarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred)Experience in rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required) Why join us We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care.
