Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract position with potential for extension or permanent conversion. The role offers a competitive salary range of $2400.00 - $2500.00 per week, paid in-office in Tucson, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on OT sessions in client homes or clinical settings.
- Adhere to evidence-based practice and maintain high standards of clinical quality.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
- Track client progress and adjust plans to meet functional goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Document assessments, treatment notes, and outcome measures in electronic health records.
- Educate clients and caregivers on activity modification, safety, and home programs.
- Identify and set achievable weekly and quarterly targets using pipeline metrics.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and pursue certification goals.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion within assigned territory and report insights.
- Represent the company professionally at community events and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current state registration in home health or clinic settings.
- Clinical competency in OT assessments and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Ability to deliver hands-on OT sessions in clients' homes and clinical settings.
- Strong documentation in electronic health records and outcome tracking.
- Excellent communication with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated adherence to licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to set and monitor weekly/quarterly targets using pipeline metrics.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and pursuit of advanced certifications.
- Proactive territory management with opportunities for service expansion.
- Professional representation at community events and stakeholder meetings.
