Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Days) (PRN)

Staff occupational therapist performs evaluation and treatment of impairment in functional status in daily living skills following a disability, disease or illness. The person in this position provides services to the following populations: Adults (Eighteen to seventy-five year olds) Geriatrics (Seventy-five years and older) Required Knowledge & Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses and Certifications OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTHEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR) Supervision Has limited supervision. May serve as supervisor to staff occupational therapy assistants and/or therapy aides if assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Occupational Therapy.Comprehensive knowledge of occupational therapy treatment procedures.BLS required within 30 days of hire.
