About the Role

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled care to patients in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with debilitating conditions to improve daily living and motor functions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Teach patients and families.
• Coordinate with healthcare team under supervision of the Branch Director.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed in the practicing state.
• At least one year of experience (preferred).
• Medicare home health experience valued.
